PRICING & DISCOUNTS
What is your minimum call-out fee?
Our standard call-out diagnostic fee is $190, which covers fault finding and on-site evaluation.
How does the 10% discount work?
We offer 10% off total labour for repeat customers or new customers referred by a previous client.
Are there extra fees for Sunday calls?
No weekend markups — we operate 7 days a week (7am–7pm) with upfront fixed-fee quotes before work begins.
GAS HEATING & SAFETY
Why is carbon monoxide testing important?
Faulty gas heaters can leak odourless carbon monoxide. We electronically test safety levels during every service.
How long does a heater service take?
A standard thorough ducted heating service takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
What brands of ducted heating do you service?
All major brands including Brivis, Braemar, Bonaire, Vulcan and Rinnai.
EVAPORATIVE COOLING
When should I prepare my cooler for summer?
October or November is ideal to ensure pads are clean and water lines are clear before hot spells.
Do you replace evaporative cooling pads?
Yes — we stock and fit high-grade replacement filter pads.
